Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All of our pieces are handcrafted and 3D printed to order with care. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location. We ship within the United States only using a variety of carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selected based on your location and order specifications.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@sacredthreestudio.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
